Clubhouse Park Construction
MAY 2025 UPDATE:
The Clubhouse Park pavilion refurbishment and the new pickleball court construction is underway. This construction is estimated to be completed by/before August 1, 2025.
On January 27, 2025, the power center in Clubhouse Park will be replaced. During this time, the power will be disconnected from the tennis court and restroom lights. The project is expected to take one day but there may be delays. The tennis courts and restrooms will be closed in the evenings while the power is disconnected.
Due to extensive renovations to the pavilion, for obvious safety reasons, Clubhouse Park in its entirety will be closed beginning January 30, 2025.
ALL PARTS of the Park, including ALL fields, courts, parking, playground, etc., will be closed during this time which is expected to take up to 4 months.
