  • VECA owns approx. 200 acres of parks, lakes, streets, parking lots, and landscape tracts.
  • There are a total of 4,010 homes, two residential condos (a total of 408 residential condo units), two churches, and aprox 80 commercial properties that are members who are subject to the CC&Rs of VECA.

Community Association Manager's duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Maintain physical operations (grounds inspections, overseeing repairs, etc.)
    • Maintain financial status (budgets, billing, collections, etc.)
    • Prepare community operations reports
    • Consult with Board for formulation of policy decisions
    • Keep open line of communication with residents
    • Organize and manage Board meetings and documents
    • Enforce community policies
