Club House Park Rules

TENNIS COURTS:

Please be considerate so the courts may be enjoyed by all members.

1. Tennis court hours are from Dawn until 10:00p.m.
2. Tennis shoes must be worn on the court.
3. Players only, inside the courts.
4. Courts may not be used for any purpose other than tennis.  Skateboarding, roller skating, pets and any other type of ball play are prohibited.
5. When other players are waiting, play is limited to 60 minutes.
6. Children who are not playing tennis and pets will not be permitted on the courts at any time.
7. No shouting, foul language or throwing of objects.
8. No food is permitted within the court enclosure.  Please dispose of all waste in the appropriate receptacles.
9. Only authorized personnel will be allowed to adjust any of the equipment.

GENERAL:

1. It is recommended that children under twelve (12) years of age be supervised at all times.
2. All pets are excluded from the Pavilion area, tennis courts, basketball courts and playground.  If pets are brought onto the remaining Park premises, they must be “picked-up” after.
3. Skateboards, bicycles, tricycles, roller skates or other similar items are not permitted in the Pavilion area or tennis courts.
4. Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
5. Each individual is responsible for cleaning the tables after use.
6. All trash shall be deposited in trash containers provided to maintain neatness and cleanliness of the park area.
7. No glass containers are allowed anywhere on Park premises.
8. All playground equipment is to be used for the purpose it was designed.
9. No pony rides.
10. No Independent Contractors.
11. No Blow up Inflatable.
12. No Amusement Rides.
13. No Grills.
