The New Town of Viera was created as a Development of Regional Impact by the Viera Company and approved by the Brevard County Commissioners. The governmental heirarchy created by this endeavor consists of:

• Brevard County (taxing authority)
  
• Viera East Community Development District (CDD) (taxing authority)
  
• Viera East Community Association (VECA) (assessment authority)
• Individual Homeowners Associations (assessment authority)

	The next meeting of the Viera East Community Association, Board of Directors will be held on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 6:00 PM.  The meeting will be held at the Viera Regional Park Recreation Center.  2300 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL.
	The BOD is also seeking members for the Modification Review Committee. If your are interested in joining the committee, please notify our Manager at 777-7575 or via email.
	The next VECDD meeting will be held on January 25, 2012 at 1pm Faith Lutheran Church, Viera.
